Go Steelers!  Had to give a shout out to the team.  Had a soft spot for the underdogs. That was a great game, good thing because the commercials were not as funny as years past.

Now back to buying a home in Lexington SC.  RE/MAX Real Estate Services and Bank of America has teamed up to provide the Borrowers Protection Plan ®. I just spoke to my Bank of America (BofA) Rep and he confirmed it to me that it was FREE, yes, FREE for the first year with your loan.  I will post more info on a new web page soon so look out for it.  The program pays for your Principal and Interest loan payments if you are unable to for the following events:

• Disability
• Hospitalization
• Involuntary Job Loss (downsizing and layoffs, sorry can't quit your job)
• Loss of life

The taxes and insurance for the home are still your responsibility but hey anything helps.  With these uncertain times,  a little insurance can help.  Call or email me if you are interested in this program and I can forward you the contact info my BofA Rep or more info about the program.  This is a great service to sellers to give that extra assurance for buyers apprehensive about making an offer.
