Hello Nelson,

Admittedly dealing with you has been an enlightening experience for us. We have bought and sold many homes in the last 35 years but your service has been truly unique.

Laura and I felt very comfortable with you from the first listing earlier this year. About 30 days after the listing we grew disenchanted with the idea of selling the house and withdrew it from the market. Your professional handling of the entire transaction reinforced our belief that you were a Professional Realtor in every sense of the term and that we had made the right decision initially.

Because of the earlier experience there was no question about who we would call when we relisted the home last week. You called us shortly after entering the home in the MLS and mentioned that there were a couple of Realtors in your office with clients who might be interested in our home. Within an hour we had the first appointment scheduled for that evening. As you will recall the first appointment was postponed because the client had a slumber party that night. They wished to come over the following evening and we agreed. The first showing the following day resulted in a contract with a cash buyer within approximately 24 hours of the listing which to us was absolutely amazing. This certainly proves the old adage, “If you snooze, you lose”.
