Keller's Pond is a young neighborhood located off Charter Oak Road in Lexington, SC. Keller's Pond neighborhood developed by ESSEX is 21 minutes (15 miles) west of Columbia SC. Take EXIT 51 from Interstate 20 to Augusta GA, 4 miles north on Longs Pond Rd/Pisgah Church Road, pass Hwy 1,  which turns to Charter Oak Rd . ESSEX is a respected and established local builder in Columbia SC with several new neighborhoods in the area. Homes are riced from the low $200K to $300K. The space range is from 2100+ sq.ft to 3500 sq.ft. Construction is mainly vinyl, with brick/stone fronts and some all brick homes. The lot sizes are a quarter of an acre (10,000 +/- sq. ft.). The terrain varies between leveled and slight grade. Some lots do have Pond Views and few cul-de-sac lots have an acre or more within the wetlands area. The floor plans are contemporary and open, you get lots of space for the money.
The Keller's Pond neighborhood is in it's final phase of building. This is a great time to negotiate extra options on a build job. If a spec home is a available, to negotiate a discounted sales price. Promotions vary and may include extra options/upgrades. Home Owners Association dues is $125/year.
Location is great with close convenience to I-20 (4 miles). Keller's Pond is zoned Lexington One Schools, for the following Lake Murray Elementary, Pleasant Hill Middle, and Lexington High School. All the schools are within a 10 minute drive from Keller's Pond. The Country Club of Lexington is only minutes.
